The work itself is governed by the written contract you sign for your specific project, and if anything here conflicts with that contract, the contract controls.

Using this website

The content here is for general information about our services. Descriptions of work, service areas, and capabilities are illustrative and are not an offer or a quote. A binding quote comes only in writing after we have discussed your project.

Quote requests

Submitting the form on this site does not create a contract or reserve a place on our schedule. It is a request to be contacted. Please give us accurate information so we can respond usefully.

SMS Program Terms

Licensing

BMA Construction holds California CSLB License #1041185, Class B (General Building). You can verify any California contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov.

Intellectual property

The content, images, and design of this site belong to BMA Construction and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, BMA Construction is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Again, this limitation applies to the website. It does not limit any obligation under a signed construction contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
